Academic Units
Creating an unrecognized and crank organizational structure is not something Nicaea's particularly happy about, yet given the scale of what we're trying to do we have not much of a choice, we borrowed elements the taxonomy structure of the educational departments from Harvard's website, as well as University of Toronto, and did the adjusting where we saw fit. However, to create a knowledge system which encompasses all fields, subjects, subfields, branches, and topics, if we are looking to do a peer-reviewed expo, then all institutions in the world would have to be in agreement on it's settlement, which is impractical. Take the dry cake or leave it, the choice is yours.
Pedagogy
We will be using the Bloom's taxonomy as it is an authoritative means of evaluating learning. In terms of learning theories, we will be relaxed aim for student autonomy, asynchronous conceptual learning, and collaborative project based learning. Our theory of learning is eclectic whether that be Behaviourism, Constructivism, Social-Constructivism, or Cognitivism, our approach is letting the learner choose.
